Located near the Movie Colony, the Fedora Suite is a short walk away from Ruth Hardy Park, which offers tennis courts, a wellness park with workout stations, play sets for kids, areas for dogs and volleyball, basketball and trail to jog, all with views of the mountains.

 

The Uptown Design District of Palm Springs is a 2 minute car ride or 10 minute walk, where you will find lots of great shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee bars and other amenities.

 

It is also a short drive to the Palm Springs Tram, a fun family or group adventure that takes you up 8500 to the top of Mount San Jacinto for dining, breathtaking views of the valley or great hiking. 

 

The house's location is also very convenient to the Palm Springs Convention Center.
